An Observer is a non-participating member who watches tournaments, matches, events, and special games without competing as a player.
2. Can anyone become an Observer?
Yes. Any approved portal member may register as an Observer whenever observer registrations are available for an event.
3. Do Observers participate in gameplay?
No. Observers cannot play, score points, complete missions, vote, or influence game outcomes unless specifically permitted under the event rules.
4. Can Observers communicate with players?
No. During active gameplay, Observers must not provide hints, clues, strategies, or assistance to any player unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer.
5. Can Observers view private player information?
No. Observers only have access to information that has been officially released by the game administrators.
6. Can Observers win prizes?
Unless specifically announced for an event, Observers are not eligible for player prizes. Separate observer contests or giveaways may occasionally be organized.
7. Is there an Observer registration fee?
Some events may allow free Observer access, while others may require a registration fee. The applicable fee will always be displayed before registration.
8. Can an Observer become a Player later?
Yes. If registrations are still open and the event rules permit, an Observer may apply to become a Player before the competition begins.

Observers must respect the event's privacy and media policies. Recording, streaming, or sharing confidential information without permission may result in account suspension.

If an Observer discussion area is provided, conversations must remain respectful and should never interfere with active gameplay.
12. Can Observers see secret missions or confidential game information?
No. Secret missions, hidden clues, private conversations, and confidential game mechanics remain visible only to authorized participants.
13. Will Observers receive event notifications?
Yes. Registered Observers may receive important announcements, schedule updates, and event results through the portal.
14. Can Observers vote during community polls?
Only if the specific poll allows Observer participation. Some polls are restricted exclusively to active players.
15. What happens if an Observer breaks the rules?
Observers who attempt to influence gameplay, leak confidential information, harass participants, or violate community guidelines may lose Observer privileges, have their account suspended, or be permanently banned from future events.

Yes. Observers may contact event organizers through the Helpdesk for general questions, technical support, or event-related assistance.

No. Leaderboards are reserved for active players unless an event specifically introduces an Observer leaderboard.
