Click Player Sign Up, complete the registration form, verify your email address (if required), and submit your application. Your account may require approval before you can access all portal features.
2. Why is my account pending approval?
To keep the community safe and free from fake accounts, every registration is manually reviewed by our administrators. Approval is usually completed as quickly as possible.
3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
4. Can I change my username?
No. Usernames are permanent to maintain fair leaderboards, tournament history, and player identity.
5. Can I change my profile picture?
Yes. Visit My Profile after logging in and upload a new profile picture at any time.
6. What does the Verified (Blue Tick) badge mean?
The Verified badge indicates that your identity has been confirmed by the Khichdi Community team.
7. Is registration free?
Creating an account is free. Some tournaments, competitions, or premium events may have separate registration fees.
8. How do I start playing games?
Simply log in, visit the Games section, and choose any available game.
9. Are all games free?
Most games are free to play. Some special tournaments or competitions may require an entry fee.
10. How are leaderboard rankings calculated?
Leaderboards are based on your best scores, tournament performance, and other competition rules depending on the game.
11. Why didn't my score update?
Scores may take a few moments to process. Refresh the page after a short wait. If the issue continues, contact support.
12. Can I replay games?
Yes. Most games allow unlimited attempts unless tournament rules specify otherwise.
13. What happens if my internet disconnects during a game?
Depending on the game, your progress may not be saved. Stable internet is recommended during gameplay.
14. Which devices are supported?
The portal works on most modern desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones using an updated web browser.
15. Which browsers work best?
Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari are officially recommended.
16. How do I join a tournament?
Open the Tournaments section, select the event you wish to participate in, and click Register.
17. Can I withdraw from a tournament?
Yes, provided the registration deadline has not passed. Refunds depend on the tournament's specific rules.
18. What happens if I miss my match?
Missing scheduled matches may result in automatic disqualification unless otherwise stated in the tournament rules.
19. How are winners selected?
Winners are determined based on the published rules for each tournament, including scores, points, missions, or elimination formats.
20. How will I receive my prize?
Eligible winners will be contacted by the administration. Prizes are distributed after all verification procedures have been completed.
21. What is The Secret Lakhpati?
The Secret Lakhpati is an original Khichdi Community social strategy game where players complete secret missions, solve clues, and compete to discover or become the hidden Lakhpati.
22. How do I join The Secret Lakhpati?
Register for the current season through the portal while registrations are open.
23. Can eliminated players still participate?
This depends on the season's rules. Eliminated players may continue as spectators or receive limited participation opportunities.
24. What are Secret Missions?
Secret Missions are hidden tasks assigned privately to players. Successfully completing them may unlock clues, rewards, or special advantages.
25. How do I join a team?
If team competitions are active, you may either apply to join an existing team or receive an invitation from a team captain.
26. Can I leave a team?
Yes, unless tournament rules temporarily lock team membership during an active competition.
27. How do I report another player?
Use the Report Player option available on their profile or contact an administrator through the Helpdesk.
28. How do I block another player?
Use the Block Player option from the player's profile. Blocked users cannot interact with you where applicable.
29. How do I contact support?
Visit the Helpdesk section after logging in and submit a support ticket describing your issue.
30. Which payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include UPI, bank transfer, cards, or other supported payment gateways.
31. Are registration fees refundable?
Unless specifically mentioned for an event, registration fees are generally non-refundable.
32. Can I view my payment history?
Yes. Your payment history is available in your account dashboard.
33. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Payment confirmations and invoices are available for eligible transactions.
34. How do I claim my prize?
If you qualify, the administration will contact you with prize claim instructions. Identity verification may be required.

Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. Also ensure your registered email address is correct and able to receive emails.
36. Can I enable browser notifications?
Yes. When prompted by your browser, simply allow notifications for the portal.
37. The website is loading slowly. What should I do?
Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try another browser. If the issue continues, report it through the Helpdesk.
38. A game isn't loading.
Refresh the page, ensure JavaScript is enabled, and verify your internet connection. Contact support if the issue continues.
39. I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please submit a detailed report through the Helpdesk, including screenshots whenever possible.
40. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take reasonable security measures to protect your account and personal information. However, you should also keep your password secure and never share it with anyone.
41. Why was I automatically logged out?
For your security, inactive sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity.
42. Can multiple people use the same account?
No. Each account is intended for one individual only. Sharing accounts may lead to suspension.
43. Why are sponsor logos displayed?
Sponsors help support community activities, tournaments, prizes, and portal development. Clicking a sponsor logo opens their official website in a new tab.
44. Is there an official mobile app?
Currently, the portal is fully web-based and works directly in your browser without requiring any app installation.
45. How do I suggest a new feature?
We love hearing new ideas. Submit your suggestions through the Helpdesk, and our development team will review them for future updates.
46. How often is the portal updated?
The portal receives regular updates that include bug fixes, security improvements, new games, tournaments, and exciting features.
47. Can administrators see my private information?
Only authorized administrators can access limited account information required to operate and secure the platform. Personal information is handled responsibly and is never sold to third parties.
48. Can I use multiple accounts?
No. Creating or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.
49. What happens if I violate the community rules?
Depending on the severity of the violation, you may receive a warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, removal from tournaments, or forfeiture of prizes.
